The Heritage has made an art form of the Dinner and Show package, serving up some of the tastiest modern Australian cuisine, a great wine and beer list, cocktails to get your tongue wagging, and the best seats in the house for dining patrons, our aim is to create a whole night out in the one venue.
Whether its an intimate night for two, or a party for a dozen, the Heritage can settle you in for a great night up close and personal with the cream of Australian and international entertainment.

Chilli Salt & Pepper Squid Freshly seasoned squid served on a bed of garden salad
Chicken & Snow Pea Salad A salad of chargrilled chicken & snow peas finished with peppery watercress & a creamy vinaigrette
Peach and Prawn salad Grilled prawns with fresh peaches and a champagne sauce
Goat's Cheese, Onion & Thyme Vol-Au-Vent Oven-bakes tart of soft goat's cheese, red onion and fresh thyme in a light vol-au-vent case
Mains
Tequila Chicken Breast fillet marinated in an exotic blend of tequila, chilli and lemon juice, oven-baked and served with fresh grapefruit salad
Scotch Fillet Char-grilled prime scotch fillet on a sweet potato mash with a shiraz and thyme jus
Barramundi Fillet Lightly seasoned barramundi served with oven roasted sweet potato chips and dressed with an asparagus and thyme dressing
Roasted Peppers (v) Char-grilled banana peppers filled with a marinated artichoke and basil pesto risotto with aioli and rocket oil and finished with haloumi cheese
