General Terms and Conditions
The Sapphire Lounge
Bookings are confirmed on payment of venue hire (non-refundable).
Menu selections and guest numbers are to be confirmed two weeks prior to the event.
An invoice for catering will be generated and must be paid in full one week prior to the event.
All bar tabs are to be secured by credit card and settled on the night of the event.
All guests must be appropriately attired and behaved.
The hotel reserves to right to refuse entry to any guest. The Heritage Hotel practices the Responsible Service of Alcohol.
Charges
Venue Hire $500
Sound Engineer / DJ $200
Inclusions
Arranging, clothing (white) and setting of tables;
Exclusive use of the Sapphire Room;
Additional equipment hire is available on a costs basis.
Exclusions
Table and room decorations (arrangements may be made for this).
